Shipping Origins

Dead End Motorsports ships our own exclusive branded products from New Hampshire, USA. All other products (exhaust headers, mufflers, components, cameras, etc.) are drop shipped from their manufacturer.

Dead End Motorsports attempts to ship worldwide unless restricted or prohibited by US Federal law.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is determined by the weight and size of the Dead End Motorsports product(s) purchased, the carrier and method by which those products will be shipped (often as determined by the purchaser), and the destination. Dead End Motorsports may - at its discretion - modify the carrier, method, or ship time based on what the customer has paid, and/or the current market conditions. Dead End Motorsports will try to meet or exceed the shipping and delivery expectation when it is favorable to do so for the customer.

Order Processing

Most Dead End Motorsports products will ship same day when orders are placed before 4PM EST, Monday-Friday, and before 11AM on Saturday.

If there are any delays in shipping due to stock limitations, we will notify the customer within 24 hours in order to set an expectation of when the order will be shipped. If the customer has requested expedited shipping on items not in stock, Dead End Motorsports may issue a refund for the order at the customers request.

Free Shipping

Dead End Motorsports may offer free shipping on orders over $100 to destinations inside the 48 contiguous United States. The same order processing rules above apply. Shipping carrier and speed will be determined at time of processing. Free shipping will typically be by USPS Priority Mail, or by UPS Ground.

Tracking

Tracking number(s) will be provided once order processing is complete. For some orders, there may be more than one tracking number based on the origin of the parts necessary to complete the order. For orders with multiple origins, tracking numbers may be provided via email.
